Connecting to the “why” behind our decisions/actions is complex and can sometimes be confusing (🙋🏼‍♀️ shout out to the overthinkers) BUT we really truly must put in the work to figure it out. Understanding and being intentional about why we’re doing something/anything/everything) is the key to success and growth over time.

Using our “why” as a compass to guide you on a day to day basis allows us to reflect and be honest with ourselves first but also allows that inner compass and intention to flow out to the people around us.

⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ with being intentional comes saying “no” which can be difficult (THISSSS IS SOOO HARD FOR ME) but I’m learning more and more each day the power of putting myself first. The truth isssss we can’t please everyone around us + do what’s best for ourselves at the same time. If we want to play long ball, we have to take care of ourselves. It’s ok to lead with intention, to make decisions that are best for ourselves, and to say no w/o a reason at all. Happy Humpday Ya’ll 🔥🔥
